   If you would like to link arms with us as we answer the call to bring our babies home from Ethiopia there has never been a better time than now. We are so thankful that the Lord has surrounded us by a community of loving and supportive family and friends. We appreciate you more than you may ever know. It gives me chills to think about how many people are playing a part in giving these babies a life full of hope and promise. 

   

   Please continue to lift us up in prayer. Pray for patience as we wait, for wisdom, and for guidance as we continue this process. Please pray for our babies, that they will be well loved, that they will be in good health, and that their every need will be met while we wait to bring them home. 

  If you feel led to be a part of this journey by investing financially to help these babies become a part of our family it would bless us so much. Every step we take down this road has a cost associated with it. We are doing everything in our means to meet these needs, but if you feel called to give monetarily it would help us tremendously. 

To give you an idea of what this adoption will require financially here is a detailed list of the estimated costs:

$19,600 to CHI for agency fees
$6,000 for airfare (two trips)
$1500 for home study
$1000 for post adoption report
$150 for adoption education internet courses
$720 for CIS filing fee
$170 for fingerprinting
$200 for passports
$130 for our visas
$808 for baby’s US visa
$250 for Document authentication
$1600 for the girls one-way airfare
$500 for transportation costs and medical for child’s visa
$5400 for in-country travel expenses (2 trips)

Total: $38,028

  We know that this is a great big sum of money, but we also know that nothing is impossible with our Father. This number does not overwhelm Him one bit! He has endless resources (Phil. 4:19), and we have full faith that He will complete this good work that He has started (Phil. 1:6).
